Performance is driven by how included you feel, how supported you are, and what tools you have to do your best work. That's where I operate. In an era of artificial intelligence and a backdrop of backlash to inclusion, taking care of our physical, mental, community and financial wellbeing has never mattered more.

Work on gender parity first brought me into this space, and then life gave me a turn that flipped me from being the support to needing it. Having always been fascinated by technology and solving problems, I've brought that together to help people perform at their best. Using technology mindfully, and making sure nobody is inadvertently left out.

For me, inclusion without intent is an accident.
